How do I order a custom bandana?

Once you submit your request, we will e-mail you within 1 to 2 business days to let you know if we are able to work with you or cannot fulfill your request. If your custom request has been accepted, we will send over a custom listing for purchase.

We try our best to design more than one option for you to choose from per request. If you like multiple designs provided, you only pay the design fee once.

Processing Time

The first draft will be sent to you within 4-7 business days after payment. After reviewing the design, we will communicate through e-mail any edits or revisions needed. Once the design is approved by you, process time for the bandana to be made can vary between 1-2 weeks depending on the shop's current workload at the time (this does not include shipping + delivery time)

However, please let us know below if you need a bandana by a specific date or deadline. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Custom designs are an extension of our arsenal of work and while they are tailored to you for this request, we own the rights to reuse or recreate the design for the shop to be purchased by anyone in the future. Exceptions to this are designs that have information personal to you (i.e. names, brand logos, special events, special dates, etc.) A standard version will be created before adding to the shop.
